Domestic Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $97 anywhere in the contiguous 48 states! Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days. Not in the contiguous states? Email us and we'll figure something out.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for large orders only. Please email us with any questions. Please include the subject of the email as "International Shipping". Please note that the processing time for international shipments may take up to 72 hours.

Expedited Orders

We can rush orders for our customers upon request for an additional fee of $15.95. All expedited orders will be given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date.

Return Policy

We understand that not every purchase fits perfectly and sometimes trying new brands doesn't work out. We want you to love your The Global Shoppe purchase so we are happy to offer no-hassle returns. Just make sure to ship any unused items you'd like to return to our return address listed below.

All return items must be received by The Global Shoppe within 30 days from the date of receipt. Return items must be unworn & unwashed and smoke, deodorant, & perfume-free with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must remain undamaged. Any signs of wear to the shoe (including the sole) or a damaged shoebox will render them ineligible for return.

Sales are FINAL on the following:
• Any discounted items or sale items
• Jewelry
• Eyewear

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any damaged items purchased online must be reported as damaged within 7 days of receipt and prior to wearing the item. Tags must still be attached. No exceptions please.

Items returned that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

All holiday purchases (Thanksgiving to Christmas) must be postmarked or returned by January 14th and in compliance with The Global Shoppe return policy.

We will do our best to honor requests for exchanges, per compliance with the The Global Shoppe return policy; however, limited size and style quantities limit our ability to honor such requests. Store credit may be issued when an exchange is not possible due to quantity limitations.
